What can I point Skykeep at?
Folders on your computer, and the AI chats you already have. Drop things into a folder and they are picked up from then on — you never have to import anything twice. More kinds of things are on the way.
Do my files get uploaded anywhere?
No. Skykeep reads your things on your own computer and only ever sends up what it needs to answer your questions — never the original files. You can see everything it has picked up, any time.
Is my stuff used to train AI models?
No. Skykeep does not train AI models on anything you point it at. Most of the reading happens on your own computer to begin with, and what does go up is there to answer your questions — nothing else.
Do I have to keep it open?
No. It works away quietly in the background and keeps up on its own. Most people forget it is running, which is rather the idea.
What if I change my mind about a folder?
Disconnect it and Skykeep lets go of what it learned from it. Nothing to argue with, no retention screen designed to talk you out of it.
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes, and it is not a trial. If the free plan is all you ever need, stay on it for as long as you like. We would rather you stayed happily on Free than grudgingly on Pro.
Will I get a surprise bill?
Never. One flat price per plan, however heavily you use it. No charge per question, no usage meters, no overage at the end of a busy month.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from your account page. Move up, move down, or stop altogether. Nobody will email you to ask why.
